Psychotherapy can provide the perfect support network to reach balance in your life. My mission is to provide all individuals with unconditional positive regard using a person-centered approach that helps navigate life’s challenges.

As a person-centered therapist, I believe that no two people are exactly alike and consider it a privilege to work with individuals from every walk of life. Whether you are experiencing negative self-talk, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, or if you are developing greater self-awareness, or moving through unhealthy relationships, I craft appropriate approaches to treatment by drawing from evidence-based practices including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I am authentic and passionate, and this ultimately shines through my therapy sessions. I am equally as passionate about improving my clients’ lives by bringing therapeutic qualities such as empathy, compassion and humour, when appropriate, into my therapeutic relationships.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario and Licensed Mental Health Counsellor of NY State, in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Office of the Professions in NY State. My educational background includes a BA in Psychology from Brock University and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Medialle University in Buffalo, NY. I held a management position at the Family Counselling Centre at Niagara, where I provided clinical supervision to Master level therapists and students. I am happy to offer clinical supervision to RP’s, RP (Q), or Master level students that are looking to enrich their knowledge and be mindful of their own biases within their therapy sessions.
